On March 30, it was announced via Variety, that Hip Hop legend and businessman Nas’ entertainment company, Mass Appeal, is teaming up with Eli Roth’s company, The Horror Section, to co-produce film and tv projects.

A film entitled ‘Ice Cream Man’, will kick off their strategic partnership.
The film’s synopsis describes the movie as:
“An idyllic suburban town falls into madness after an ice cream man serves the town’s kids with tasty treats with horrifying results.”
Nas’s statement on the strategic partnership:
“I’m proud to come together and partner with Eli to bring these films to life and push the boundaries of what horror can be, both culturally and creatively. Eli and I shared the same vision from the beginning, and partnering with him and The Horror Section feels natural.”
“…I’m excited to take the genre in an exciting new direction, and Ice Cream Man is just the beginning.”
‘ice Cream Man’ will hit theaters on August 7, 2026.
