Janet Jackson’s ‘Rhythm Nation 1814’ Inducted into Grammy Hall of Fame

On Friday, May 8, 2026, Janet Jackson was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame for her legendary album, ‘Rhythm Nation 1814’. The event was held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

The pop culture landmark album was released on September 19, 1989. It won a Grammy for Best Long Form Music Video in 1990, and received 7 nominations across different years.
