Tory Lanez has been granted an appeal hearing for his three-felony conviction and 10-year prison sentence in the sh**ting of Megan Thee Stallion’s foot.
The hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 18th at 9:00am in California’s Court of Appeals, according to Southern California reporter, Meghann Cuniff.
The news was announced on his birthday, July 28th.
His legal team is alleging that there was “erroneous admission of evidence” and “prosecutorial misconduct”.
