Rapper Fat Pimp Says ‘Sinners’ Reminds Him of When He Used to Pick Cotton

Dallas, TX rapper/actor Fat Pimp has his fans shocked after recently revealing in a social media post on Instagram, that watching the ‘Sinners’ movie brought back memories of when he was a cotton picker as a young boy.

On Friday, May 2nd, the “Rack Daddy” rapper  posted a photo of himself as a kid in a cotton field, with the following caption:

“Just watched the @sinnersmovie and had me reminiscing on my days as a cotton picker in Kosciusko Mississippi…”

We will not give away the movie here if you have not seen it, but it has been causing a stir ever since it’s theater release on April 18th. Just know that it is a “vampire” horror/adventure film, set in the year 1932, in Clarksdale, Mississippi, which is approximately 2 hrs from Kosciusko. Kosciusko, commonly referred to as “Ko”, is known in the area for its cotton mill.

Fat Pimp is also an actor himself. He has starred in movies such as ‘Triple D’, ‘The Dirty 3rd: Next Generation’, and more.

His hit singles, “Rack Daddy”, “Maserati”, “Roll Me Up”, and “Texas”, are on our HomeBase Radio playlists on Spotify.

He has an album coming out soon entitled, ‘But You Can Call Me Chris’. We look forward to hearing it.

Shout out to Texas hip hop legend Fat Pimp.
