Nicki Minaj has announced on X (Twitter) that she is no longer dropping an album, and tagged Jay-Z’s official account :

She had previously announced an album drop on March 27, 2026.
Her post came after several tweets speaking against Roc Nation CEO, Desiree Perez.
The tweets remain up as of now, as do her pinned post announcing her upcoming album and Instagram story promoting the album, so it is unclear if she is serious or not.
Fans are all in her comments basically telling her to stop playing.
One fan said that she hopes to wake up in 2 hours to see that it was a joke. It’s been about 2 hours already and the announcement still remains.
