Megan Thee Stallion has officially opened her first Popeyes franchise restaurant.
She announced the news in an Instagram post on New Years Eve, sharing a video of her entering the restaurant and meeting her staff.
In Spring earlier this year, she made the announcement that she was launching her own franchise, and had shared behind-the-scenes footage of the project.
While meeting with her staff, she said she hopes that they will enjoy working there and emphasized that she wants to lead with love and kindness:
“I just want to lead with love. I want everybody to lead with kindness, that’s my main thing.
I don’t like that mean sh**…”
The restaurant is located in South Beach Miami and is expected to bring in many “superstar” customers.
