Brooklyn, NY rapper, Bizzy Banks, has just released his first independent EP project after being dropped from Atlantic Records. It is an 8-song EP called “J4TS” (Just 4 the Summer), released on June 27, 2025.

He shared a message to his fans in an Instagram post, expressing his apologies for being inconsistent:
“…I love everybody who still support me. I apologize for my inconsistency, I’ve been going through a lot with the label & my team 😒 but I’m here now and giving yall a quick 8 song EP for the summer…”
From an early listen to the EP, the top tracks are definitely “Kai Cenat”, “IDK”, Erykah Badu”, and “Cashmere”.
Bizzy has received co-signs from Lil Tjay and the late Pop Smoke. He was also nominated for the XXL Freshman Class of 2021 and was #10 on Rolling Stone’s “Breakthrough 25”.
Bizzy says he is in “mixtape mode” and will see his us all again before the year is over.
