R&B singer Pimmie has dropped her first album project under Drake’s OVO Sound record label. This comes a little over one year after her featured hit single, “Pimmie’s Dilemma”, on Drake and PartyNextDoor’s ‘$ome $exy $ongs 4 U’ album.

Released on Friday, March 6, 2026, the album is entitled ‘Don’t Come Home’. It features 10 songs, which include her first two singles of 2026, “Bet” (January 30), and “Foul” (February 20).

With 3 early Apple Music fan favorites: “Call Me When You Can”, “Foul”, and “Don’t Cry”, she includes a special message to her fans in the album’s description on Apple Music, reminding them that her music “can feel more like a concept” than “reality”. This is important to note, as the songs in the album are meticulously curated for someone that is experiencing heartbreak and who is torn between having self-doubt: settling for being chosen and choosing herself.
She shares further insight into several tracks from the album:
“Got your location, tell her I said ‘what’s up,’” she laments on “Foul.”
On “Bet,” she holds her partner’s feet to the fire, singing, “You treat me like I got more fucks to give.”
By “Closure,” she makes the decision to choose herself: “One thing for sure, I can’t love you more than I love myself.”
A Houston, Texas native, she pays homage to the sounds of the late legendary DJ Screw in “D.N.D.” at 01:36, as he was infamously known for his chopped-n-screwed music melodies. She also shouts her home state of Texas in “Monogamy”.
There is a whole storytelling-style music video series on her YouTube channel for each song on the album, painting a vivid an intimate picture of the sad love story that plays out throughout.
The album is currently #2 on iTunes and Apple Music R&B charts.
